Getting started

Simply send an email to with your changes.

  1. Please ensure this email is used to prevent any delays in updating.
  2. If emailing from any other domain than the site we are editing, include the domain in the subject.
  3. Keep the updates as clear and concise as possible.

About your updates

So we can make sure we get your site updated without any mistakes, please read the advice below.

  1. Keep your changes clear and concise!
  2. If you have multiple changes for a page, please group them all together.
  3. If you have an update which will be applied to multiple pages and its not obvious, make a note of the pages for us
  4. Where complex changes are required it may be worth supplying images to ensure we get it right first time!
  5. Please send us all of your changes at the beginning of the month where possible and in one batch, this reduces the likelyhood of you needing to upgrade  to a more comprehensive package.
